Work pauses and Frosty tells you, in the thread and on the dashboard. Nothing silently fails, nothing silently bills. Top up when you choose.

Can I get more mid-cycle?

Yes, top-ups add credits instantly. Plan changes apply at the next cycle, so there are no confusing prorated surprises.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel anytime; remaining credits keep working through their rollover window.

How is this different from per-seat pricing?

Seats charge you for people whether or not work happens. Credits charge for finished work, so inviting your whole team costs nothing extra.
